Shower base leaking around cracks at the drain. The floor was not supporting the base, allowing it to flex and crack.

Rotted floor patched to provide support.

Closed cell foam installed under the shower pan to provide support that would not flex or crush.

Shower inlay from NAPCO, Ltd, bonded with adhesive to seal the shower pan.

Loose tile, mold and more flooring rotted outside of the shower.

Sub floor repaired and patched after removing rotted material.

New LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring installed.

Cabinet missing door.

Fabricated replacement door using another old door for a pattern. Selected matching hinges and knobs.

Primed and installed on cabinet.

Water stain on ceiling, was it a fresh leak? Confirmed with moisture meter this was a wet spot. 

Observed during rainstorm the likely source of roof leak around the vent stack. Confirmed with inspection camera viewing from inside.

After the roof was repaired, allowed time for this to dry. Installed new insulation and a board to attach replacement sheetrock.

Installed sheetrock, patched with joint compound and matched the knockdown texture for homeowner to paint.

Carpet was wet in the corner of this room. Using moisture tester identified highest moisture reading.

Removed drywall, vapor barrier and insulation to identify specific crack in the wall. The foundation was sealed from the outside by another contractor after pinpointing the leak area.

After confirming the leak was repaired outside and remained dry. Then patched drywall and textured wall for prep to be painted.
